Hi there!  I’m Jen, an interior designer and mom of a 23 year old married daughter and an 8 year old son.  No that wasn’t a typo, there is a 15 year gap between my kiddos which definitely keeps things at our house interesting.  Our Humble Hive is where I can share everything that makes our hive a home!  I love my family, interior design, being creative, collecting vintage finds, yummy recipes, great books, anything miniature, hosting parties, traveling, and buzzing around our hive.

I have recently been diagnosed with Lyme Disease which has turned my world upside down and prevented me from updating my site as much as I want to. I’ve had to learn to live with a new normal, not being able to do many of the things that I once loved. I decided share my journey on my website.
